Our head Chef De Cuisine, Chef Michel Bauman leads and designs CMF's center, offering classes such as "harvesting farm products for a Farm-to-Table dinner," and "Bread baking, CMF's way." Farmer Irene's specialties include teaching Bread making, Cheese making, and other various cooking courses. Further, Cold Moon is proud to highlight Special Chef Guests for keynote afternoons and Food demonstrations.
