"At Cold Moon Farm, I appreciated the amazing breakfasts, the views, and the puppies! Can we take them home with us?!" - Alison and Steve, Albany NY & Hoboken, NJ
I see you have three dogs at the farm. Can we bring our dogs? We have our own crate. While we do love puppies of all types, unfortunately, we cannot allow other dogs in the guest rooms of Cold Moon Farm. Charlie, Lotus and Jazz, the resident Cold Moon Farm doggies, are trained to remain out of guest rooms and have grown up around the many animals here at the farm. But, we can certainly recommend a nearby kennel if you are interested.

Can we use the kitchen and cook while we are visiting? Unfortunately, with the nature of our busy farm life and business, we can not offer our Kitchen as a facility for our guests to prepare, cook or heat food.  We are happy to offer our Farm-to-Table Dining Experiences for guests or recommend and make dining reservations.  We can make our refrigerator available for your us to store your perishables.

Do you offer any Concierge Services? You better believe we do! Providing quality Concierge Services is one of our specialties. We are happy to arrange dining reservations to our top area restaurants. Special activities that you would like, such as Fly Fishing, Skiing and snowboarding with guides, Farmer Market Crawls, etc. are a pleasure for us. If you need an in room private massage, we know the best masseuse in Southern Vermont. Never hesitate to ask us for the small details that could make a big difference in your vacation experience.

Can we milk the goats?  Cold Moon Farm has a small herd of goats, with a few milking ladies. We are more than happy to have you watch us hand milk the girls, while asking questions and learning about the process. But, in order to maintain the consistent milk production that we rely on, it is important that we continue with a regular routine at each milking.

Can we walk freely around the Farm pastures and among the animals? It is important and safest for our guests, especially ones with children, to be accompanied by one of our team. A Farm Tour is complimentary with your stay with us. And if you would like to participate more actively in farm chores, such as collecting chicken eggs, or throwing hay, let us know and we'll arrange for you to join us for a round of chores!

Can you accommodate group farm tours? ABSOLUTELY!  The more, the merrier!  Please give us a call to schedule.

Cold Moon Farm was such an amazing experience for our family. Meeting the animals, baking bread with Irene, sleeping like babies...it was over the top and wonderful."
