Thai Yoga Massage combines passive stretching, gentle rocking and compression techniques to awaken the body's energy and to alleviate pain and tension. Sessions are deeply relaxing and flowing while increasing flexibility, improving circulation, oxygenating the tissues and bringing balance to the mind, body, and soul. Sessions are performed while client fully clothed in loose fitting and comfortable clothing. Sessions are typically done on a floor mat but can be modified for a massage table or chair.
