Cold Moon Farm offers Farm Tours for Day Visitors,
year round by appointment.

$15 per adult, and $5 a child ages 6-17, 5 and Under are Free.

Every Summer Tour includes a Cold Moon Farm Bag to fill with the vegetables that you encounter and pick on your own while you tour the Farm with one of the Cold Moon Farmers. You'll also get a good culinary tip with it on the side!

All Lodging Guests receive a complimentary Farm Tour around the property during their stay. And throughout the seasons, there will always be something exciting going on: a birth, bottle feeding baby goats, incubating eggs, or harvesting carrots! There are several opportunities to learn farm life lessons, homesteading skills, and horticulture planning.

See our Free Range Chickens, Great Black Pigs, our Goats, and many other parts of Farm life. It is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning or afternoon and a good chance to learn about farming as a family, or couple, or as an individual. You'll be excited to take that new knowledge back home.

We encourage small groups and school classes to visit Cold Moon Farm. A perfect day for learning, Cold Moon Farm has a wonderful learning format for a four hour class trip, including lunchtime.

We offer a hands-on learning experience and tour of all of the animals, their homes, and our vegetable beds. Groups are also led on a nature hike through our Cold Moon Farm Trails system, learning about reading hiking maps, local flora and fauna, and treading lightly throughout nature for recreation.

Farm Crafts and Low-Ropes Groups can be incorporated into the day's curriculum for a longer field trip or Day excursion or Team Building destination.

Cold Moon Farm was such an amazing experience for our family. Meeting the animals, baking bread with Irene, sleeping like babies...it was over the top and wonderful."
